Communications & Customer Care Intern Vacancy

Reporting to:  Company Administrator

 

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Support in data entry and computer operations

  • Support in planning and coordinating of regular partner meetings including conference calls/video-conferences.

  • Contribute to the production of communications publications such as reports, blogs, Opinion pieces, articles, newsletters etc

  • Assists to maintain and update the website content

  • Managing the social media accounts

  • Rapporteur discussions during meetings

  • Support in photography and videography shooting

  • Any other duties as will be prescribed by the Administrator or Senior Management

Qualifications

  • Must have completed a graduate level degree program in Communications, Social Sciences, Development studies or related field

  • Is fluent in English, Kiswahili, Kamba and Luhya languages

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good customer care and phone etiquette skills

  • Some facilitation and administrative skills

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft office packages

  • Good infographics, photography and videography skills will an added advantage
